Events in Qusra Show That the IDF Is Not the Sovereign in the West Bank

A few more things need to be said in the wake of the events in Qusra in the occupied West Bank and, they need to be placed in context, especially because so many people in the Israeli mainstream neither understand nor acknowledge the gravity of the situation.
- These events are not exceptional. Similar incidents take place day after day throughout the West Bank. Those who failed to uproot the weeds when they were few are now facing a “field of thorns” — hundreds of Jewish terrorists/violent rioters, and perhaps even more.
- We must not separate or distinguish between the various actors. The IDF, the police under a convicted Kahanist criminal, and the other authorities bear responsibility — and culpability — for the situation that has developed no less, and arguably more, than the Jewish terrorists and their backers. Heavy direct responsibility lies with Major General Avi Blot, the representative of the “sovereign.” Jewish terrorism and ethnic cleansing have intensified and continued to intensify during his tenure as commander.
- The Israeli government, and specifically the ministers of the far-right parties, provide backing for the Jewish terrorists and actively support them. So does the defense minister. The government of a state that claims to be democratic and founded upon respect for and adherence to the law supports criminals and lawbreakers.
- Many of the terrorists simply give the IDF and the other security forces — and indeed the authority of the state and its law-enforcement agencies — the finger. These scoundrels embrace the IDF only when it does not interfere with their plans.
- Jewish terrorism, supported by the state, its authorities and its forces, does not harm Palestinians alone. It contaminates and poisons Israeli society as a whole, like metastatic cancer spreading through the body.
- There is serious doubt that the continuation of these horrors can be prevented without massive and effective international pressure.

Let every Jewish mother know.
The siege imposed by Jewish terrorists on two Palestinian families in recent days in the village of Qusra —
A siege that cut off two families with young children from access to and from the village;
A siege that included cutting off electricity and water to their homes;
A siege that prevented a Haaretz journalist and international and Israeli activists from reaching them;
A siege that prevented an ambulance from reaching one of the besieged girls for an entire day, despite her need for medical treatment;
A siege that has still not ended, even though the little girls who were trapped there have managed to be rescued;
A siege that is not the first carried out by precisely the same group of Jewish terrorists, in precisely the same area — and presumably will not be the last;
A siege that includes the establishment of a malignant outgrowth in the yard of a private home in Area B, belonging to the illegal outpost known as Tel Talpiot, from which several deadly attacks have already been carried out, resulting in at least three people killed and dozens wounded, including three Israeli-Jewish activists — attacks for which not a single terrorist has been punished, arrested, or even investigated.
A siege that is possible only thanks to the full, warm and loving cooperation of our heroic soldiers.
So what does this siege mean?
Above all, it proves beyond any doubt who the sovereign is in the area. And, how shall I put this delicately? The sovereign in the area is neither the IDF nor the state. The sovereign in the area, as has been demonstrated beyond any doubt, is a gang of lawless terrorists — and they are the ones making our heroic soldiers dance to the tune of their whistles, prayers and long guns.
Let every Jewish mother know —
The commander of your son or daughter during his or her oh-so-meaningful military service is a violent, criminal Hilltop Youth member — someone who probably never spent a single day in the army himself. It is very important that you remember to wash, over the weekend, the mask with which your masked treasure protects himself from the forces of evil at The Hague!
And try to remember, if the noise of the washing machine permits, that the face covering which has become an IDF norm cannot protect your pure little darling from the guilt and shame that will follow him for the rest of his life.
